**Damian Camillo**, callsign **"Howler"**, was a Sapinish colonel who was part of the IUN-SPK peacekeeping force during the Sapin Civil War. A veteran of the Belkan War, Howler was one of the first members to join the fledgling peacekeeping forces at the start of the civil war and served as a staff officer in lieu of combat service owing to a back injury. After the disappearance of General Rafael, Howler became the *de facto* second-in-command of the peacekeeping forces, reporting directly to Colonel Ramirez.
